Range

Designer

Range is a Wi-Fi router concept that treats connectivity as a spatial presence, turning an invisible digital layer into a calm domestic object 🛜. Its horizontal body and stepped cylindrical volumes link form to function, reading like a controlled expansion rather than the usual antenna-driven silhouette.

Those geometric “steps” act as a visual metaphor for range progression while keeping the device quietly architectural on a shelf or desk. The design connects features to everyday benefit in a natural way: cleaner placement, less visual clutter, and an interface you can understand without learning networking. A production hint sits in the internal-to-external logic, where performance-led layout is housed within a restrained shell that could support modular assembly and straightforward service access.
